The Governor enquired if the papers in the Coughtrie Case which had been sent to the Surveyor General on the 26th ult., for which the Acting Colonial Secretary had been requested at the last Meeting of Council to write again to Mr. Price, had come to hand.
"The Acting Colonial Secretary, (F. Stewart) said they had not yet reached him.
"Mr. Price said they would be in the hands of the Acting Colonial Secretary in a few days.
